Limited 5-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. That’s why all PREPAC products come with a limited 5-year consumer warranty against defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship.

What’s Covered

If a part of your product is found to be defective due to manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, we’ll provide a similar replacement part at no charge.

This warranty applies to:

  • Original purchasers only
  • Products purchased through authorized PREPAC retailers
  • A 5-year period starting from the original date of purchase

Please note: This warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include assembly labor. Replacing a part does not restart or extend the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper assembly or installation
  • Misuse or use beyond the intended purpose
  • Poor maintenance or any product that has been modified or altered

As a "Ready to Assemble" product, your PREPAC item is designed for DIY assembly and installation. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may result from use or installation.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To process your claim, we’ll need:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Retailer name and order number
  • Model numbers and part descriptions (found in your assembly instructions)

Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your area. It does not limit or replace those legal rights.
