We’re here to help! If you're experiencing an issue with your product, simply fill out the form below, and we'll review your request. If it qualifies under our warranty or shipping guidelines, we’ll send the necessary replacement parts at no charge.
A Few Things to Note:
- Our limited 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects—not regular wear and tear.
- Any damage or shipping-related concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- While we do our best to provide exact replacements, there may be instances where we send a comparable part due to availability.

You May Be Eligible for Free Replacement Parts If:
- Your product was purchased new within the past 5 years (for defects), or within 30 days (for damage or shipping-related issues)
- You purchased your product from an authorized Prepac retailer
- You can provide basic details from the product box
- You can identify the required parts using the assembly instructions
