Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Our team works quickly to process and fulfill orders, so cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order during business hours. After that window, your order may already be in progress and on its way.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

• Include your order number and reason for cancellation

We’ll check the status of your order and let you know if cancellation is still possible.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can still return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
