Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the details below about where we ship and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

At this time, we’re unable to ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

If you’re located outside our shipping zone, we recommend placing your order through one of our trusted retail partners, many of whom can deliver across the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Damage & Issues

We take great care in packaging your items, but sometimes things can happen in transit. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items

If your box or any of its contents arrive visibly damaged, please do the following:

Be sure to reference the part numbers and descriptions found in your assembly instructions.

We’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible and ship it at no cost to you via UPS Ground or standard mail (typically 5–7 business days). Tracking numbers are available on request.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you’re missing parts or received the wrong item:

Please provide your assembly instructions part numbers or product carton details so we can get you the correct items quickly. All verified replacements are shipped free of charge.

Refusing a Delivery

We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery of your item. Instead, accept the shipment and contact us if you no longer wish to keep it. This helps avoid confusion and ensures your return is handled properly.

If You Ordered from Prepac Directly

Email us at cs@prepacmfg.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and review our Return Policy for next steps.

If You Ordered from a Retailer

Please contact the retailer you purchased from directly to request an RA#.

Each retailer has its own return procedures, and not following them may delay or prevent your refund or replacement. Restocking or shipping fees may apply, depending on their policy.

Note: We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through authorized retailers, as your payment was processed through them. Please contact the retailer directly for any billing or refund concerns.
