Our limited warranty program covers defect issues not related to normal wear and tear; all other concerns must be reported within 30 days of delivery. While we make every effort to provide the exact replacement parts necessary, there may be cases where comparable replacements are sent based on availability.

You are eligible for replacement parts if:

  1. Your product has been purchased as a new product within the past 5 years for defects or 30 days for damage / shipping related concerns.
  2. Your product was purchased from an authorized Prepac reseller
  3. You can provide us with basic information on the box
  4. You can identify the parts required (from our instructions)
