Order Replacement Parts and Hardware Parts Request Form

If your product is missing parts or hardware, or has damaged parts, we will ship out, at no charge, the required replacement parts. Please fill in the form below or call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-773-7221 (Mon-Fri 7 am - 4:30 pm PST / 10am - 7:30 pm EST).

You are eligible for replacement parts if:

  • Your product was purchased within the last year
  • Your product was purchased from an authorized Prepac reseller
  • You can provide us basic information on the box
  • You can identify the parts required (from our instructions)

Please use the descriptions listed on the Assembly Instructions when ordering parts.

Note: Fields marked in red below are required:

1. Product Series Number:  
(This is found on the top of the front page (e.g., "Series / Séries # _MS-0800" or simply "WHD-3038-5")

2. Color of your unit:

(A 5-digit number stamped on the front of the instructions. It may be inside a box marked "Date Code")

5. Missing or damaged parts and / or hardware. Refer to your assembly instructions.

    a) By Part Number: If your instructions have an alpha-numeric part number (e.g., BK-9600), enter this number in the "Part #" box.

    b) By Part Description: If there is no part number, type the description used on the instructions (e.g., Center Gable). It is VERY important that you enter the same description shown on the instructions.

Parts Orders will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped via UPS Ground or mail. Ground shipments typically take 5-7 business days once they leave our facility. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on the form.
